ROYALTY ANNOUNCEMENTS
ANNOUNCEMENT FROM TÜRK ALTIN İŞLETMELERİ A.Ş. GENERAL MANAGEMENT
It has been decided to grant royalty agreements for 63 mining sites held by Türk Altın İşletmeleri A.Ş. and TR Anadolu Metal Madencilik İşletmeleri A.Ş., the details of which are provided in this announcement. For the sites to be granted royalty agreements, applicants who send an email to rodovans@turkgold.com with the application documents and royalty proposal according to the type of mineral will be contacted.
Application Documents:
- Proposal letter (stamped and signed) containing the license province, license number, type of mineral, and royalty proposal (%) for the offer
- All information and documents requested regarding the proposal during and after the proposal process shall be provided in Turkish
- Address declaration for notifications, telephone number, email address, UETS (National Electronic Notification System), and registered email address (KEP) if available, for contact purposes
- In case of a natural person, a notarized signature declaration containing the Turkish ID number, obtained in the year of the proposal date
- In case of a natural person, a document obtained within the last 1 month showing registration with the chamber of commerce and/or industry or the relevant professional chamber
- In case of a legal entity, a copy of the Turkey Trade Registry Gazette certified by the Trade Registry Directorate containing the current company articles of association, board of directors, and share ratios of the company's partners, and the notarized signature circular of the legal entity
- In case of a legal entity, a current document obtained in the year of the proposal date from the chamber of commerce and/or industry where the legal entity is registered in accordance with the legislation, showing that the legal entity is registered in the registry
- In case of proposal submission by proxy, a notarized power of attorney containing the Turkish ID number of the person submitting the proposal on behalf of the bidder, along with a notarized signature declaration
- In case the bidder is a joint venture, a joint venture declaration in the form and content specified in the specifications, and if it is stipulated that consortiums may also submit proposals, a consortium declaration if the bidder is a consortium
