Integrated Management Systems Policy and Major Industrial Accidents Prevention Policy are referenced in all fields of Türk Altın İşletmeleri A.Ş. and practices are carried out in full compliance with the policies.

TÜRK ALTIN İŞLETMELERİ A.Ş., one of the important gold producers in Turkey, contributes to the development of the gold mining industry and the Turkish economy by using the highest known technology in all fields of work, with the sensitivity it shows in Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety and Energy management. In the exploration and production areas where it operates;

• ✓To provide Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, Energy Management with the support of the Senior Management, with the cooperation and active participation of all our employees and stakeholders in our organization,
• ✓To follow the developments in the sector around the world and country, to establish measurable goals and targets and to follow them regularly,
• ✓To provide the resources needed to achieve the targeted performance; continuous improvement by taking into account the efficiency, risks and opportunities of the system at every stage of the production and support processes,

Information Security Policy

Türk Altın İşletmeleri A.Ş. has an active mineral exploration program all over Turkey and its aim is to become an important gold producer in Turkey according to international standards, to contribute to the development of the gold mining industry and to the Turkish economy by using the best known technology, to ensure continuous improvement by applying the highest occupational safety and environmental standards. In order to ensure the security of information in all formats produced and processed within the scope in accordance with ISMS requirements, to identify all intentional or unintentional threats to our information assets and to manage the risks that these threats may pose;

• ✓Establishing, operating and continuously improving the Information Security Management System,
• ✓Fulfilling information security objectives aligned with the strategic direction of the organization,
• ✓Protecting the organization's information assets against all kinds of threats that may occur internally or externally, knowingly or unknowingly,
• ✓Protecting against unauthorized access attempts that would compromise the confidentiality and integrity of information,
• ✓Ensuring accessibility to information within the limits required by business processes,
• ✓Providing services in compliance with legal regulations, legislation provisions and contracts; without errors, in the shortest possible time and without interruption,
• ✓Conducting business processes in accordance with policies and procedures prepared and approved within the scope of the Information Security Management System,
• ✓Providing information security training to all personnel to ensure awareness,
• ✓Conducting risk analysis studies to ensure effective management of the Information Security Management System, evaluating risks to manage them, performing risk analysis and risk treatment activities, and working to develop necessary measures and prevent potential risks,
• ✓Reporting all actual or suspected vulnerabilities in information security to the ISMS Manager and ensuring investigation by the ISMS Manager,
• ✓Aligning the processes within scope with the Information Security Management System,
• ✓We are COMMITTED to periodically reviewing the success of our Information Security Management System in achieving its intended outcomes and ensuring that necessary improvements are implemented in a timely manner.

Major Industrial Accident Prevention Policy

Türk Altın İşletmeleri A.Ş. has an active mineral exploration program all over Turkey and its aim is to become an important gold producer in Turkey according to international standards, to contribute to the development of the gold mining industry and to the Turkish economy by using the best known technology, to ensure continuous improvement by applying the highest occupational safety and environmental standards. Türk Altın İşletmeleri A.Ş. will achieve its goals by integrating the Major Industrial Accident Prevention activities, which it will create with the Safety Management System, with the Occupational Safety, Environment and Quality performance. Türk Altın İşletmeleri A.Ş.

• ✓To take high-level security measures for people and the environment in and around the facility and to provide all necessary resources for this purpose
• ✓To define all the activities that may lead to a major accident and to fulfill its obligations for the prevention of such accidents
• ✓To assign personnel with appropriate knowledge, skills, training and experience for positions that will affect safety and security in operational business processes
• ✓To make a risk assessment and to ensure that it is up-to-date in order to identify and evaluate major accidents
• ✓Making arrangements and documentation including maintenance, repair and temporary stops and ensuring that it is up-to-date
• ✓Define the change management process, plan changes or make arrangements for the design of new plant, process or storage facilities
• ✓Identifies emergencies that can be detected beforehand with systematic analysis, and to prepare emergency plans for them and to review them regularly
• ✓To monitor the performance of the system in order to monitor compliance with the targets related to the Security Management System, to determine and implement corrective actions in case of non-compliance
• ✓Periodically and systematically evaluating and documenting the effectiveness and suitability of the Safety Management System, reviewing it by the senior management and continuously improving it
• ✓Ensuring continuous development of personnel with trainings
• ✓To comply with national and relevant international legislation and standards
• ✓To follow technological developments and to continuously improve safety measures in order to prevent major accidents and reduce their effects
